BACHELOR OF ACCOUNTING & FINANCE (BAF)
A Bachelor of Accountancy and Finance degree is an intensive undergraduate program typically spanning three years, designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and related disciplines. Core courses in financial accounting, managerial accounting, taxation, auditing, and corporate finance form the foundation of the curriculum, supplemented by elective courses or concentration areas such as financial reporting, investment analysis, risk management, and forensic accounting. Through a combination of theoretical instruction, practical application, and experiential learning opportunities such as internships and case studies, students develop a robust skill set in financial analysis, decision-making, and regulatory compliance. Graduates of the program are prepared for a wide range of career opportunities in accounting firms, financial institutions, corporations, government agencies, and consulting firms, or for further study at the postgraduate level.
